Dan McIver, a UW-Green Bay graduate, began working as the Associate Athletics Director in 1996. He is also involved in program operations.

McIver manages financial operations of the athletic department and the Kress Events Center. He oversees eight sports: men's soccer, men's and women's golf, men's and women's Nordic skiing, softball and men's and women's swimming. His other duties include the oversight of marketing and promotions, ticketing, sports medicine and strength and conditioning.
