To become a member, just download the Enrollment Form (PDF) and mail it in. You can also enroll by emailing your name, address, email and birthday to Phlash at phlash@uwgb.edu

2007-2008 membership packets will be sent to all kid's club members in September. Members who enroll after the September mailing will receive their membership packets within 30 days of enrollment.
