Phoenix Home Build II - Ready for Sale!

Green Bay Athletics has teamed up with Van's Lumber and Custom Home Builders as well as numerous subcontractors in the building of Phoenix Home Build Project II. Proceeds from the sale of the home will be donated to Green Bay Athletics' Phoenix Fund for student-athlete scholarships. The first home build project in 2005 raised $50,000.

The Phoenix Fund home, located at 2841 Durham Rd. and just north of campus near Red Smith Elementary School, was constructed by Van's Lumber and Custom Home Builders and numerous subcontractors who donated or discounted materials toward the project. Proceeds from the sale of the home will be donated to the Phoenix Fund for student-athlete scholarships.

This beautiful custom stone/vinyl ranch was just completed in August and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, cultured marble, ceramic and hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, maple doors and exposed lower level. The home will be open to the public on a free viewing during the Brown County Showcase of Homes Sept. 15-16 and Sept. 22-23 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. No ticket is needed, just stop by!
