COLUMBUS, Ohio - Green Bay women's divers Kari Helland (Wayzata, Minn.) and Lauren McGraw (Woodbury, Minn.) competed on the 1-meter diving board Friday afternoon at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion as part of the NCAA Zone C Diving Championships in Columbus, Ohio. Helland placed 34th at the event, while McGraw took 36th among the 41-person field.

The two are the first Phoenix women's divers ever to compete at the NCAA diving regionals. Helland, a senior, totaled a 197.60 on her six dives. McGraw, a sophomore, had a final score was 192.35.

Saturday's 3-meter competition will begin at noon (CT).
