GREEN BAY, Wis. - The Green Bay men's golf team is tied for the tournament lead after two rounds of the Butler Fall Invitational Monday, hosted by Butler University at the Eagle Creek Golf Course.
Green Bay and the University of Indianapolis posted matching rounds of 290 and 294 to share the tournament lead, while the host Bulldogs trail by one stroke. All six teams are within 11 strokes of each other heading into Tuesday's final round.
Sophomore Brady Mork (Menomonie, Wis.) stands in third place with a one-over 143, aided by his three-under 68 in the morning round to lead the tournament. Mork trails invitational leader Justin Hueber of Indianapolis by three strokes.
Senior Travis Meyer (River Falls, Wis.) is tied for seventh with a three-over 145 with steady rounds of 72 and 73. Garrett Gosh (Pewaukee, Wis.) is tied for 13th after recovering from a five-over opening round with a one-over 72 in Monday's second round.
Tuesday's final round begins at 8:30 a.m.
