Phoenix Fast Fact: Green Bay is 37-21 all-time against current teams of the Big East, but is on a four-game losing streak to its conference schools.

Scouting Green Bay: Green Bay got its 2007-08 home slate off on the right foot Nov. 28 as the Phoenix cruised to a 76-54 win over Northern Illinois. Rachel Porath posted her second straight 20-point game to tie her career high set in the team's previous outing against Missouri State. Kayla Groh and Lavesa Glover also reached double figures with 10 and 13 points, respectively. Ten of Green Bay's 11 players that took the floor found the scoring column, and four Phoenix freshmen either tied or set career bests in points.

After going two seasons as a starter without surpassing 17 points in a game, junior Rachel Porath posted back-to-back 20-point efforts in the last two Green Bay outings. Against Northern Illinois, Porath went 9-of-14 from the field to match her 20-point game against Missouri State Nov. 17. Not only is Porath Green Bay's leader in scoring with 16.5 ppg, but she also leads in steals and rebounds.

Freshman guard Celeste Hoewisch had a solid outing against Northern Illinois Nov. 28. Hoewisch matched her career-high with seven points on 3-of-3 shooting and added a team-best five steals in the win. After being held scoreless in the season opener, Hoewisch has scored seven points in each of Green Bay's last three games.

Scouting Marquette: The Golden Eagles snapped a two-game slide with its 79-61 win over William & Mary Nov. 26. In the game, Marissa Thrower came off the bench to tally a team-best 19 points while Paige Fiedorowicz shot 8-of-11 from the field on her way to a 17 point outing. Marquette is 3-0 in home games this season and is winless in two outings on the road.

Green Bay has an impressive 27-6 all-time record against the Golden Eagles. The first match-up between the Wisconsin rivals was in 1980, when Green Bay won 48-42 on its home court. One of Green Bay's four losses last season came at Marquette, where the Golden Eagles were able to answer Green Bay's 17-2 run in the second half with a 21-2 spurt of their own to clinch a 67-63 victory. Marquette's lone win in Green Bay came in a 74-67 win during the 1993-94 season.
