Phoenix Fast Fact: With Saturday's game, the Phoenix will have played every team of the Missouri Valley Conference at least once, the first conference for Green Bay with that distinction.

Scouting Green Bay: Junior center Lavesa Glover put up career highs in both scoring and rebounding Dec. 22 as her 15 points and 11 rebounds guided Green Bay to a 66-52 win over North Dakota State. Glover registered the first double-double for the Phoenix this season and her first in her career, leading four Green Bay players in double figures in scoring. Rachel Porath had a team-best 16 points, just missing her own double-double with nine rebounds, while Kayla Groh and Kati Harty added 13 and 10 points, respectively.

Through seven games, Green Bay was struggling defensively, allowing a dismal 44.9 percent shooting from the field of its opponents and was 4-3 on the season. But the Phoenix fed off some home cooking during its recent three-game home stand, where the team went 3-0 thanks to staunch defending. In three games, Green Bay allowed just 30.3 percent of its foes and gave up just 46.0 ppg.

Green Bay continues to find success from three-point range this season, as the Phoenix is firing an impressive 43.5 percent from downtown. Three Green Bay players are in the top five in the Horizon League in three-point percentage: Kati Harty (2nd, .500), Kayla Groh (4th, .459) and Rachel Porath (5th, .458).

Scouting Southern Illinois: After losing five of their first six games, the Salukis enters Saturday's game on the upswing, winning its last three outings. In its most recent 87-69 win at Tennessee Tech Dec. 21, Ellen Young led four players in double figures with 20 points.

Four players are averaging double figures this season for the Salukis, led by Jasmine Gibson's 16.7 points per game. Ellen Young is shooting 45 percent from three-point range on her way to 14.1 ppg, while Jayme Sweere (13.6) and Erica Smith (12.2) are also averaging double figures.
