Kim Viduski, a former four-year letterwinner for the UW-Green Bay softball team, is in her third year as an assistant coach at her alma mater. Viduski's responsibilities for the Phoenix include serving as the program's recruiting coordinator and camp director along with assisting with game-day preparation and coaching the team's outfielders.

Formerly the assistant varsity softball coach for four years at nearby Green Bay East High School where she coached with current Phoenix head coach Jean Rivett, Viduski has 12 years of softball coaching experience. She has served as a camp coach and clinician at various levels in Northeast Wisconsin.

As a student-athlete at UW-Green Bay, Viduski was a four-year letterwinner and three-year starting outfielder for the Phoenix from 1987-91. Prior to earning a degree in English in the spring of 1992, Viduski served as a student assistant coach for two seasons, including her senior season in 1991.

Viduski, a 1987 graduate of Libertyville High School in Libertyville, Ill., has resided in Green Bay since her collegiate playing days for the Phoenix. She currently is a senior copywriter at The Karma Group, a marketing/communications and advertising consultancy in Green Bay. She also holds a secondary teaching certification for language arts.
